Can I place an urgent or last-minute order?
Yes, subject to available slots and flower selection. If your order is needed with short notice, contact us before checkout so we can confirm what is available for your required date and time.

Do the flowers look exactly like the photos?
Our product photos are a guide to the overall colour palette and arrangement style. As flowers are seasonal and natural, slight variations in bloom type, shade or wrapping may happen while keeping the overall design as close as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are completed online using the payment methods available at checkout. If you face any payment issue, contact us before placing a duplicate order.

Do you offer delivery in Singapore?
Yes. Delivery is available in Singapore and the available slots are shown during checkout. Delivery timing is arranged within the slot selected for your order.

Can I choose self-collection instead of delivery?
Yes. You may select self-collection during checkout where available. Collection details will be confirmed based on the date and time slot selected for your order.

Are delivery fees or free-delivery promotions available?
Delivery charges, if any, are reflected during checkout based on your order details and delivery selection. If a free-delivery promotion is active, it will also be applied there automatically.

What if nobody is available to receive the order?
Please make sure the recipient or a receiver is available during the chosen delivery window. Re-delivery or waiting time may be subject to additional charges depending on the situation.
Payment

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and checkout completion. If payment is incomplete or interrupted, the order may not be processed.

Can I make changes after payment?
If you need to amend your order after payment, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on stock availability, production status and how close the order is to the delivery or collection date.

What should I do if payment fails?
Please do not place repeated orders immediately. Check whether payment was completed, then contact us if you need help confirming your order status.
Cancellation

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations are reviewed based on how close the order is to the delivery or collection date and the preparation work already completed.
- If your delivery date is more than 1 week away from the cancellation date, 100% of your order value may be kept as store credit for a future order.
- For orders cancelled 4 days to 1 week before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation charge applies and the balance may be retained as store credit.
- For orders cancelled 3 days or less before the scheduled date, a 100% cancellation charge may apply.
